The group will be conducting a systems analysis and design for JAMALCO Manpower Management Inc. Along with this is the development of a software that will handle the company's vital processes. It would also provide a decision support system for the top managers of the company. Jamalco is basically a recruitment agency which acts as a mediator between employers from other countries and overseas workers. Currently, all processes in the said company are done manually, and this affects the overall performance of the agency. The main processes that needs computerization are the following: Information Retrieval (records of applicants and of employers. The records contain information that are vital in the decision-making, for instance qualities of applicants that could satisfy the specifications given by employers. Handling of Accounts Receivables. This involves keeping track of those applicants that owe the company a certain amount after being hired by a particular employer. Since the agency has no way that could contact the person while they are abroad with their employer, the company has to keep track of the every recruited personnel by keeping a record of which of employer they belong. Constant data communication was needed. 1993-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/7512 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Information storage and retrieval systems Manpower Management information systems JAMALCO Manpower Management Inc
