總結:This paper aimed to identify the lived coming out of experiences of adolescent homosexuals in different social classes. A semi-constructed interview guide that was carefully made by the researchers was used to interview six self-identified gays , two from each social class, namely: higher, middle and lower. Phenomenology was used as an approach by forming and defining themes from the interview transcript. Results show that the coming out experience is similar to both middle and higher classes but extremely different from the lower class. The lower class experience more struggle in the coming out process while the high and middle experienced coming out in a positive light with the absence of struggle.
