To investigate the problem, four youths each from organizational culture groups and from youth subcultures groups were interviewed. Results show that organizational cultures and youth subcultures are different in terms of the quantity of the norms, values, and attitudes being imposed, and similar in terms of having a considerable effect on the social identity of the youths. This means that the types of group youths are members of have an important role in their identity building.
