Summary:The incidence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is predominant nowadays. This research focuses on serodiscordant couples where one partner is HIV positive (POZ) and the other partner is negative. This also focused on the experiences and adjustments of individuals who have received HIV disclosure from their HIV positive romantic partners. This research focuses on the experiences and adjustments of individuals who have received HIV disclosure from their HIV positive romantic partners. An interview was conducted to 12 of participants' gay men whose age ranged from 24 to 36 years old and engages in male to male sexual activity. The findings indicate a positive effect increase their motivation, while the negative effect increased their dysfunction in their productivity. The purpose for this study is to explore the effect of HIV disclosure between the romantic partner.
