Description
Summary:This study investigates the relationship of romantic relational aggression with alcohol use and romantic jealousy. Additionally, this study investigates which dimensions of romantic jealousy and alcohol use will be a significant predictor to romantic relational aggression. Romantic relationship is a vital aspect of the emerging adulthood stage. It is important to understand the romantic relational aggression these people inflict on one another at this stage. This study used an online questionnaire in gathering data and obtained a sample of 145 college students residing in Metro Manila in heterogeneous relationships. Multiple linear regression was done to check the significance between these variables. Results showed that alcohol use and romantic jealousy have a positive relationship with romantic relational aggression. Results also showed that using the romantic relational aggression model, that romantic jealousy is a significant predictor of romantic relational aggression while alcohol use is not.
