With the apparent rise of millennials in the workplace, the researchers aim to find out if there exists a relationship between the Big Five personality traits and the preferred job factors of millennials from Metro Manila, as it was mentioned in the study of Bipp (2010) that personality traits do have influence on an individual's job characteristics choice. In our study however, job characteristics are referred to as preferred job factors. Two-tailed correlation was used to analyze the gathered data from 95 Filipino millennials who have been working in metro Manila for 2 to 3 years in their present organization.
