The research questions strategically formed to as follows: 1. Whether or not the absence of a law regulating or prohibiting chamber practice violates a person's right to due process (Article III, Section 1) 2. Whether or not the absence of a law regulating or prohibiting chamber practice violates the constitutional provision on the accountability of public officers 3. Whether or not the absence of a law regulating or prohibiting chamber practice violates the right of people to information of public concern (Article III, Section 7) Admittedly, there is a lack of a law regulating or prohibiting chamber practices, most specially one that deals with communication between the judge and a party concerned with the case.
