The subjects that were selected for this study are based on the following criteria: those who are either alien or naturalized Chinese who occupied the top level positions in Chinese firms, those who have stayed in the country for more than ten years and who have held the managerial position for at least five years. An interview guide was used for classifying the subjects' responses.
