Qualitative data was collected through interviews and was subjected to content analysis from which themes were determined. The study found that Filipino managers are more likely left brain dominant and uses team management leadership style. There were several differences on how left brain and right brain managers perceive, and use power. The study found that there is no significant correlation between brain dominance, leadership style and uses of power. However, significant correlation was found between brain dominance and perception of power.
