Description
Summary:Video editing in the Philippines is still somewhat traditional compared to other countries. Most media industries are still using the conventional way of editing videos that is using VHS players and a specific effects machine for every kind of effect. This kind of video editing is disadvantageous since it would be costly, considering a different kind of machine for different effects. This kind of video editing is also not flexible because of the many machines to be used. That is why major emphasis has been given today to non-linear video editors. Media Magic! is a non-linear video editing software capable of editing videos and adding effects to videos using less machines. The system would only require a computer and input AVI files for editing. The effects that could be added are all integrated in the program thus, minimizing cost.
