Centeno, Jhana Louisse B. Ong, Courtney Louise U. Turnover rates in media depend on the nature of their field and how important or relevant society deem to be. This can cause restrictive circumstance as to how an artist retires. In almost all jobs, older workers are targeted to make way for new workers. An artist should not allow himself/herself to be affected by these. Another factor is the individual being mentally prepared for retirement. If he is in favour of early retirement, then he accepts the transition. If not, then he feels he is being involuntarily retired and does not take the transition well. 2017-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/8232 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Male actors--Psychology--Drama Male actors--Retirement--Drama
