To keep in pace with today's competitive market, CAC needs to develop its Management Information Systems department and utilize to its fullest the benefits it may offer. This plan was designed to answer the current needs of CAC based from concluded problems. The methodology of study used was based from the procedures defined in the Business Systems Planning (BSP) manual.A Management Information System (MIS) department has its defined function - to optimize the use of computer systems to gather related data and turn it into processed information for top management use. In CAC, that is not the case. Having an unorthodox place in the organizational chart, the MIS department functions under the confines of another department. Obviously, it has its flaws and disadvantages.Problems were raised, and solutions were formulated.
