Guzman, Reeno L. Maliwat, Lawrence Y. This study is aimed to identify the Marital Stability Factors and Intergenerational Continuity. Through random sampling, 150 respondents were surveyed about their marital stability based on their income, educational attainment, religious affiliation and age by using a profile sheet and a love scale. A multiple regression analysis was conducted with marital stability as the criterion variable and the following as the predictors: age, educational attainment, income and religious affiliation. Intergenerational continuity was defined using an intergenerational continuity scale. Results of the survey show that all four predictors are positively correlated with marital stability: Age is significantly correlated with marital stability having a value of .32 and is according to the results from the regression analysis the major predictor of all the variables correlated with marital stability. Income, educational attainment and religious affiliation are also significantly correlated with marital stability. These variables yielded values of .20, .15 and .16, respectively. 2007-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/8287 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Marriage--Stability Intergenerational relations Marital status
