Recella, Angeli B. Yu, Regine C. This study describes SES and gender differences on emerging adults views on marriage. Mixed method was used to attain data triangulation and complementarity. A 26-item self-made scale plus 3 items from MORES comprised the survey. A total of 240 respondents comprised the entire sample. Eight participants from the 240-sample were randomly selected to be interviewed. Two-way ANOVA was employed for the data analysis. Results showed that females have higher expectable views on marriage as compared to males. Also, females from the low socioeconomic group have higher romantic views on marriage as compared to female high-and male low-SES groups. Qualitative data analysis enriched the results and showed that emerging adults views on marriage vary depending on their SES and gender. 2011-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/8289 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Marriage Young adults Developmental psychology
