Lapina, Mark Ferdinand R. Santos, Jennifer S. Tatel, Jerald S. With the fast rate of technological advancements we are presently witnessing, constant work improvement is an option everyone should consider in all endeavors. In industries, the ability to adopt to changes is the key in winning the game of survival. Thus, acquiring new tools and upgrading existing machine assets are the best alternatives to consider. In line with the above mentioned perspectives, improvements on an existing device is the project proposed in this study. The Fully Customized Paint Mixing System For Industrial Application is, from the name itself, a machine that automatically and directly scans the sample color and then replicates it.Since existing systems capable of performing the above task cost a lot, it is targeted by this study to produce a device which would equal these machines performance wise. This system incorporates data acquisition and mapping techniques in realizing its purpose and design consideration. The data sampling module includes a video camera, used for image capturing, and a video blaster, used for digital signal conversion. For the processing module, a more reliable mapping system would be used. Thus, a need to explore for an efficient primary light colors to primary paint colors conversion system is an inevitable task to accomplish in this project. 1996-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/8416 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Mixing machinery Digital-to-analog converters Electronic systems Paint mixing Automatic control Electronic digital computers--Programming |
