The study aims to provide information, knowing the causes and effects of the sudden shift in the industry. It also aims to show how the Philippines act in response to the phenomenon with regards to the scarcity of its laborers in the United States. Moreover, how the United States use its sphere of influence to dictate another countrys economic stand and mindset in order to satisfy the demands of their own. It features the governments of two countries involved taking action. The study includes migration policies, wages and poverty problem, and figures that would help in the process in making a stronger stand in the study. Moreover, recommending ways on how to deal and neutralize the situation. Thus, avoiding the zero-sum given theory. On the latter part of study the group also took into consideration handing out questionnaires to respondents most affected by the phenomenon Nursing students. The group looked into perspectives of diverse Nursing students particularly how they view a single phenomenon.
