Career choice anxiety and career decision-making: As moderated by career self-efficacy

The objective of the current study is to determine the influence of CSA on CDM and to determine if CSE moderates this relationship. A total of 155 undergraduates and fresh graduates from various universities in Metro Manila participated in this study. By using simple linear regression, results showed that predicting one's level of CDM based on career choice anxiety is significant. Additionally, career self-efficacy moderated the relationship between the two. Results suggest that low self-efficacy decreases one's career decision making, while having high self-efficacy helps them in their decision making process. On the other hand, having low self-efficacy increases ones' career anxiety and vice versa.
