Summary:St. Luke Reach Out Foundation Inc. is a non-government organization founded by Fr. Luke Moortgat on September 14, 2003. Its goal is to provide direct assistance to street families of Manila area in acquiring specific skills and values through education and empowerment. This six to eight (6-8) minute volunteer recruitment video introduces how the foundation started through giving a brief background of it and showing the different activities wherein volunteers can be part of and even highlighting four (4) different volunteer stories to give inspiration for the target audience. This video seeks to target the primary problem that the organization is facing - lack of volunteers. This will help the audience be more encouraged and inspired to become volunteers of the organization. This also showcases the role of the organization as it tries to live its efforts in continuing their mission of helping the street families live out a new life.
