Coping self-efficacy as a mediator between socioeconomic status and the development of anxiety related symptoms among disaster stricken children and adolescents

The study aimed to determine the relationship between socioeconomic status, coping self-efficacy, and anxiety-related symptoms. The study involved 230 participants, both male and female, who were aged 7 to 19 years old and came from varying socioeconomic status. The data of the research were obtained through the use of a demographic questionnaire. Findings of the study showed that coping self-efficacy is a significant mediator of socioeconomic status and anxiety-related symptoms.
