Summary:This descriptive research aimed to identify the perception of sexual harassment of women in the academic setting. The pagtatanong-tanong method was used on the 120 subjects. Results showed the differences in gender, educational level of the subjects, situation, and relationship on the perception of sexual harassment. The common behaviors that are perceived as sexual harassment are more of the physical and verbal. According to the subjects, these behaviors could be considered as sexual harassment especially if they are directly done to women. Possible course of action may be categorized into three: passive, assertive and aggressive.
