Aiming so would require company expansions such as centers, sites, branches and kiosks. With these expansions companies would require deployment of software products to these expansions. The concept of Software Configuration Management (SCM) can provide solutions regarding this problem by providing tools in the evolution, control, and the improvement in the quality of software products and packages. However, there are still a need of user intervention regarding the installation of these packages to the expansions, as it would take manpower, time and effort in doing so. Software Package and Asset Deployment System (SoftPADS) is a system with software capability to install software package and assets on a remote client base, thus automating installation and un-installation of software packages.
