The company sells electronic products such as switchgears, circuit breakers, transformers, capacitors and the like. They are the ones who only sell these kinds of products in the Philippines. The study focuses on the inventory management and how it affects the production of switchgears. The data used is from January 2017 to December 2017. Furthermore, the study was conducted based on the company's specific goals and objectives that were used to evaluate their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Afterwards, a WOT-SURG analysis has been conducted in order to determine the problem of the company which has the highest priority. It was determined that the company has an inventory accuracy of 83.29% which deviates from a problem by 11.71% incurring a cost of Php55,040,797.66. The causes of the problem were determined by conducting a why-why analysis and it was determined that the causes were manual counting of on hand inventory, poor warehouse organization and management, and raw material damages during assembly or testing.
