Sibol teachers of Gawad kalinga are given the opportunity to rate the training program according to Daniel Stufflebeam's CIPP (Context-Input-Process Product) evaluation model. 15 teachers out of all the participants who attended the Headstart Training Program were the main participants of this study. In this study, several areas of the training program are identified sucha as a) Context - goals and evaluation of the Headstart teacher training program. b) Input - human resources, physical resources, and financial. c) Process - program, overview, curricular content and program implementation and d) Product - assessment and evaluation.
