Pantola, Paolo V. Televisions are electronic devices which have become household standards of today. Through them, we can access information whether it be news, entertainment, or other media. But how often have you watched certain interesting footage-be it something from the news that caught your fancy, or from a fast-paced complicated plot movie which you did not get-and wanted to see again? Don't you hate it when you miss out on an important part of the show you were watching because you went out to get some food and miscalculated the length of the commercial? In light of this inconvenience, our group proposes to construct a playback device that can be incorporated into televisions. This device continuously stores about thirty minutes of the most recent video information, and allows a person to play back the video footage which is of importance to him. While that person is viewing the footage in the PIP screen, the current video image can still be seen in the big television screen. Adding this feature to the television gives it nearly unlimited potential, whose applications are limited only to the imagination of the user. 1997-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/9256 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Television Electronic systems Analog-to-digital converters Signal theory (Telecommunication)
