The participants of the study consisted of 59 alumni, 24 lecturers, and 58 employers of IPWI. Survey instruments and pertinent school documents were the principal sources of data. Data gathering was done from April to June 2001. The self-administered questionnaires were mailed to the participant lecturers, alumni, and employers. Data were analyzed and presented using descriptive statistics. Qualitative data were content analyzed. The findings revealed that a-*-ll the participant lecturers find the content of the curriculum under review congruent with the program objectives. Moreover, 87.5% of the participants across groups think that the content of the Human Resources Management curriculum is adequate for preparing the graduates for work in human resources management.
