Description
Summary:This research focused on a study of the concept of ethical dilemmas of higher education leaders. Using Grounded Theory (GT), the research sought an answer to the question: What is the concept of ethical dilemmas of higher education leaders? Using in-depth interview data from five higher educational leaders, the four dimensions explaining the concept of ethical dilemmas emerged. These four dimensions include (1) the tension dimension, (2) the values dimension, (3) the choice dimension, and (4) the context dimension. An emerged definition of ethical dilemmas of higher education leaders is presented along with the implications of the findings for higher education leaders and future researchers. Keywords: ethical dilemmas, higher education, educational leaders, educational management, grounded theory.
