The model of this study is constructed on the basis of established theory building approaches and on well known criteria for evaluation of theoretical contribution. This research uses survey data to test hypothesis derived from the model to report the result of an empirical analysis carried out for the Taiwan electronic manufacturing industry. Cleaner production is identified to have synergetic impact on the basis of their management orientation towards organizational performance. The causal analysis shows that total quality management practices and cleaner production implementation influence the degree of organizational performance. The relevant effects emerge as a result of the synergetic impact on organizational performance. Similarly, the dimensions of total quality management and cleaner production implementation have positive and direct effect on organizational performance. The model can be used by practitioners to assess their level of total quality management and cleaner production implementation success, depending on measurement of organizational performance. 2007-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_doctoral/389 Dissertations English Animo Repository Total quality management Organizational effectiveness--Measurement Performance--Measurement Performance standards Electronic industries--Taiwan |
