It takes the interactive teaching and learning process to mobile devices giving teachers and students instant access to their courses, content and organizations anywhere (Blackboard, 2010). Understanding the acceptance and use of this new technology is important for all its users. Hence, this paper aimed to use an adapted version of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to examine the constructs that affect the acceptance and use of Bb Mobile Learn among university students and determine how these constructs affect each other. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), results of this study revealed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions have direct positive effect on students behavioral intention to use Bb Mobile Learn and students behavioral intention and facilitating conditions have direct positive effect on their actual use of Bb Mobile Learn. In addition, using descriptive phenomenology, students lived experiences revealed that merits and challenges of the Bb Mobile Learn lie on its automated assessment, support, interest and accessibility (ASIA).
