This study will use a descriptive-correlational method of research. The population for the study will include all the hotels in Bangkok with 250 or more guest rooms and have been in operations for at least two years. There are 27 such hotels listed in the directory of the Thai Hotels Association (1988). The respondents from each hotel will comprise the general manager, Food & Beverage director, and the Rooms Division manager. The study will have a total of 81 respondents. The study will use the following instruments: 1. The Least preferred coworker scale (LPC) was developed by Fred E. Fiedler 2. The situational control scale is measured using the leader-member relations scale (LMR), the Task structure rating scale and the Position power rating scale 3. Personal factors data sheet 4. Guest satisfaction rating scale. Frequency counts, mean, standard deviation and multiple correlations and deviations will be used as statistical techniques. 1989-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_doctoral/659 Dissertations English Animo Repository Leadership Hotelkeepers--Thailand--Bangkok Business Administration, Management, and Operations Educational Leadership
