Summary:This is a descriptive-analytic-comparative study that was undertaken to find out the incidence of moral dilemmas among the Chinese-Filipino Christians in Metro Manila as a result of the conflict between Chinese ethical traditions and Christian moral teachings. The researcher used the descriptive-analytic-comparative method of research design to find out the acceptance of Christian moral teachings by Chinese-Filipino Christians in Metro Manila and what moral dilemmas result from conflicts between Chinese ethical traditions and Christian moral teachings among the Chinese-Filipino Christians in Metro Manila. Significant differences in the moral dilemmas and acceptance of Christian moral teachings were likewise analyzed when the respondents were grouped by gender and Christian denomination. To gather needed data, a survey was made, using a multi-aspect questionnaire. Selected respondent Chinese-Filipino Christians were likewise interviewed to supplement data and information from the survey. Data were treated statistically using the weighted means and other tools.
