Description
Summary:This research investigated the nature of prudential judgment and legal ability. An instrument was developed and validated, and used to assess and analyze the prudential judgment and legal ability of educational managers in private secondary schools in Metro Manila. The instrument evolved five core factors which were covered in the analysis and profiling: three on prudential judgment (goodwill, justice, peace and order) and two on legal ability (legalistic and non-legalistic). The study additionally yielded path models for predicting prudential judgment and legal ability. The findings of the study are breakthroughs in the educational managers’ professional development in school legislation and decision-making skills.
