Through a series of interviews with Pentecostal education leaders, faculty, students and staffs in Pentecostal higher education institutions in the Philippines, a model of educational leadership in Pentecostal higher education institutions emerged. The model of spiritual transformation that emerged from the findings of the study includes values like belief in God, Holy Spirit empowerment, modeling biblical character, servanthood collaboration, appreciative and evangelistic qualities that educational leaders must imbibe in order to succeed in leading Pentecostal higher education institutions. These values and qualities permeate the educational institution’s educational philosophy, vision, mission, goals, curriculum, and evaluation criteria, as well as the leader’s administrative and interpersonal skills, organizational structure and communication. The community is also impacted by these values as compassion, fellowship, worship, evangelism, Christian service, smooth interpersonal relationships and spirituality are experienced. The study utilized the Pandit’s approach in doing grounded theory. 2007-01-01T08:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_doctoral/1254 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etd_doctoral/article/2255/viewcontent/CDTG004430_P.pdf Dissertations English Animo Repository Educational leadership Education, Higher--Philippines Universities and colleges--Philippines Pentecost Educational Leadership Higher Education
