This Practicum Report discussed the development and the work done on the Practicum Project. This paper also describe the trainee’s experience during his on- the-job training at Products and Services Engineering Department of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), 14/F Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Ave. corner Dela Rosa Street, Makati City. It covers the research, testing and the implementation of the project. This practicum project was a series of processes from recommendation and proposal of the team to the testing and up to the launching of the project into the market. The practicum report is divided into four chapters namely: Introduction, Practicum Program, Practicum Project and the Summary and Conclusions. Chapter I: Introduction discusses the background of the company where the trainee spent his practicum hours, the objective and the significance of the practicum project. Chapter II: Practicum program summarizes the practicum schedule, the type of job or training undergone, problems encountered, the lessons learned and the solution during the training. Chapter III: Practicum project describes the special project, problems or consulting work done and the corresponding solution, result and recommendations.
