Summary: | With the emergence of new course offerings and the introduction of online education offered by a vast number of universities and colleges in the country, San Beda College Alabang is fronted with new challenges in order to continue serving its purpose to provide a learning environment which leads each person to experience the dignity of being created in the image of God and to reach the highest goal the person of Jesus Chris
San Beda Colege Alabang is now poised to solidify and expand this role in leading the country's educational institution sustaining a community of innovative primemovers who are Christ-centered, socially responsible, and globally competitive professionals committed to pursue excellence through research and technology-based programs.
To do so, substantial expansion of its current projects, graduate programs and facilities is required which in turn will require further investment in the school as follows:
PHP 5 million to develop initially a new one story building with provision for another 3 floors
PHP 3 million to create infrastructure for e-services
PHP 1 million to support indirect costs of research
These strategic investments will ensure continuous access to e-learning expand San Beda College Alabangs prominence in the Christian teachings through its grade school, high school and college. By achieving these objectives, the school will leverage on technology to increase speed at which the college programs and degrees can be serviced and completed.
While we continue to be concerned with the rising costs of tuition fees, non-profit educational institutions such as San Beda College Alabang continues to require operating funds to finance quality and attract more enrollees. This is the primary objective of the school and this five -year plan shall discuss how the school plans to achieve this objective. |
