The study used interpretative phenomenological analysis in dealing with the narrative lived experiences of the participants. Respondents were 4 sexually abused female adolescents subjected to consultations, pre-post assessment using BDI, IES-R, and BAI, and 15 sessions of trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy. Individual journals, interviews, and the therapists notes provided sources of information. Results showed that participants experienced sexual trauma effects categorized into affective, cognitive, physiological reactions, self, and social super ordinates. Themes emerged from the healing process were identified, while Healing themes also emerged as auxiliary functions to the process.
