New Horizons residential building is located at San Rafael Street, Mandaluyong City. Its location is within the city's residential area, along Boni Avenue, and a walking distance to San Felipe Neri Church. It is about 1 kilometer away from the City Hall complex which is located at the circle of Boni Avenue and very near to schools, banking institutions and commercial establishments.
At the country's present economic and political situation, New Horizons must come up with efficient and effective strategies in order to survive in the changing and competitive market. The following strategic management tools were utilized: competitive industry and company analysis using the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat), the five forces model, 7S Framework and value chain analysis.
Based on the results of the analysis used, the firm must do market penetration and product development keeping in mind the consumer needs it wishes to target. These are the main strategies that New Horizons should consider in their future operations. |
