Description
Summary:The Grade School Principal was seriously weighing the matter of whether to give in to the demands of the parents that correction of the grades and rank of their child for the Second Grading, be changed and announced publicly, or not. The alternative actions are as follows: 1. Beg Apology and Work for Amicable Settlement with the David Family. The consequences would keep the school's reputation but may cause hidden resentment on the part of the David family and/or better understanding between the Davids and the school administration. 2. Straighten up matters, by Making the Necessary Corrections and Give in to the Demand of Announcing it Publicly. This would mean the following consequences: satisfy the wounded pride of the Davids create confusion, weaken the faith and trust of the students for the administration put down the reputation of the school and/or trigger greater trouble because it will involve other students and parents. 3. Make the Necessary Corrections but Keep it Between the David Couple and the Administration. This may raise objections from the David Family keep the reputation of the school and the morale of its personnel and/or a peaceful settlement of things without putting other parents and students in the Honor List into embarrassment.
