Summary:This study presents in writing an administrative faculty handbook for St. Catherine Academy of Gattaran, Cagayan, that would help the administrative officers and the faculty members achieve the objectives of the school. The study made use of the descriptive method of research. Questionnaires were distributed to the school administrators and faculty. Important information on teachers' employment were taken from the Labor Code of the Philippines the Manual of Regulations for Private Schools, 7th Edition the Magna Carta for Public School Teachers and other documents from the Ministry of Education and Culture. Other information on operational procedures and policies were taken from reading administrative manuals and faculty handbooks of other schools, books on management, administration and supervision, and project studies previously made on the subject matter. The proposed administrative-faculty handbook of St. Catherine Academy of Gattaran, Cagayan contains the school's philosophy of education, its educational objectives, general functions, principal duties and organizational relationships required of the administrative and teaching personnel. It also contains the school's policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
