Description
Summary:St. Francis Academy had an increasing tendency on enrollment population. It was on the stage of development and progress, on peace and order, cleanliness and academic standing. Mr. Robert Teeshan, the present principal, was the key person in the advancement of the status of the school. But Mr. Teeshan then wanted to look for higher position in a neighboring college. This is an administrative case. It is such because Mr. Teeshan, the principal of the high school has to make a serious administrative decision, a matter of conscience. He will either accept a new and better position in a neighboring college for his personal benefit, or to retain his responsibility as principal of the school considering the scholarship awarded to him by the school for which he was very much indebted to, which led him to his present status. In addition to this, of the eighty faculty members of St. Francis Academy including the principal, only Mr. Teeshan possessed that skill in the management of a school. The others are good teachers but could not be administrators yet. His leaving the school will entail problems. In solution to the problem post in this paper, alternative actions were recommended by the writer on the latter part of the paper.
