Holy Face Academy is a non-profit, non-stock, coeducational institution, present owned and managed by the Sister Adorers of the Holy Face. It has its own history of names, ownership, and management in its 32 years of existence. It first operated and still does operate up to the present, as an independent institution whose main financial resources are in student fees. No subsidy of any sort was received by said institution. Sr. Felicia Zaragosa is the incumbent directress-principal of HFA, who unfortunately inherited all the past and current SSS problems, penalties, damages, and other school problems. The cases were due to a former administrators non-remittance of SSS employer/employee payment premiums during his administration from 1963-1968 and another administrators case of non-report and non-payment of SSS premiums of a teacher prior to its death, who was employed from 1972-1973. She is presently confronted with a series of SSS letters and telegrams threatening criminal action coupled with penalties and damages against her as the present school administrator. This is an example of an administrative case with some strains of financial and behavioral causes in its historical background. In solution to the case posed in this study, alternative actions were recommended by the writer in the latter part of the paper. 1978-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/4212 Master's Theses English Animo Repository Social security--Philippines School management and organization
