Summary: | This study was to compare the organizational structure of the three Catholic high school with emphasis on delegation of authorities for the purpose of organizing a model of delegation which will maximize the facultys and other personnels participation in the areas of planning, decision-making, reporting and supervision for the principals efficiency. The descriptive method of research was used. Each principal of the three catholic schools was requested to answer a survey questionnaire plus an individual interview with them by the researcher. The type of school studied in this research had constraints and conditions namely : a) enrollment of 1000 or more students with a positive income b) a unit within a complex c) main source of income comes from tuition fees d) presence of qualified teachers and staff and e) presence of heads of different disciplines. |
