Summary: | This study focuses on the extent to which the principal of each of the three high schools (Catholic High Schools of the Southern Region of the Prelature of Infanta, namely : Mt. Carmel High Schools of Infanta, Polillo, and Burdeos, Quezon) under study practices the principle of delegation in certain areas of management such as planning, decision-making, supervising and reporting. The study aims to : 1) develop a high school organizational model, which maximizes delegation of duties, responsibilities and authority on the part of the principal in order to make him an effective manager 2) compare the organizational structures of three Catholic high schools with the model, 3) develop for a school, a proposed program to upgrade its organizational structure. |
