This project paper seeks to develop a high school organizational model that emphasizes delegation to maximize the participation of the school faculty and staff in planning, decision making, reporting and supervising to ensue effectiveness and efficiency of the school principal. Specifically, the paper tries to identify the tasks of the school principal that could be delegated or shared with his faculty and staff, thus allowing him to devote most of his time to the primary functions as the educational leader of the school. The proposed organizational model of delegation is not intended for all high schools. It is limited to provincial schools which have a positive income and which population is between 500 and 1000 students.
