In conclusion, the administrator and teachers are witness to the educational system to provide adequate services and programs. So in answer to these quests, the writer put this administrative-faculty handbook in writing. This administrative-faculty handbook includes the history of the school, goals, philosophy, objectives, organizational set-up, the roles and functions, faculty and academic staff, faculty personnel policies, human relations, benefits from the SSS, reports and remittance of withholding tax to the BIR, benefits and reports during the school year and evaluation.
