Description
Summary:Sister Eunice wrote Nena Sandoval, a long termination letter which is right and proper for erring teachers like her. The decision of the Directress of SCC to terminate the teachers services is the result of the irresponsibility and negligence of the latter to submit the necessary papers, and the confirmation of the Director of Sacred Heart College about the teachers anomalous career. This gave the teacher courage to see the Directress. But before she went to meet the Directress, she had gone to a lawyer whom she asked to represent her in court. Finally, on a conversation with the Directress, she threateningly uttered to bring the matter into court. This is an administrative as well as behavioral case. It is administrative because the Directress of the College has to make a serious administrative decision where her credibility as an administrator is at stake. She will either stick to what she had uttered before the teacher to meet her in court or to just allow her to finish the school year. It is behavioral because there seems to be many problems that prompted the teacher to act the way she was. For the problem posed in this case, alternative solutions and their possible consequences were given in the latter part of the paper.
