This study viewed the Student Affairs unit of De La Salle University through the lens of the four frames of organization by Bolman and Deal (2003). This single case study used interview transcripts, data from operations manual and focus-group discussion points to give an overview of the Structural, Human Resource, Political and Symbolic Frames of the unit. The results produced explorative points on the ff: structure of the unit, organization of the people, issues and challenges and the meaningful practices of the unit. The study discovered that the symbolic frame highly relates to the nature of a student affairs organization. The research proposed a framework on the symbolic frame of student affairs based on the information gathered from the data sources. It also paved its way as one of the few studies on the student affairs unit in the university. 2012-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/4366 Master's Theses English Animo Repository
