This is due in part to the current economy, and unfortunately, single mothers who might ordinarily stay at home and care for their own children must seek income to help make ends meet.
My Playroom is a day care centers found in the malls. It is a place for parents or guardians to safely deposit their kids while they go to work or do their shopping at their own convenient pace. This paper aims to provide an industry analysis by considering the economic and socio economic factors affecting the day care industry. At the same time, assess the existing strategies, strengths and weaknesses of the company in order to come up with recommendations and strategies to improve operations and sales of the company, supported by a five year financial projection. |
