ACS quickly grown in size, reach, and capabilities from a start-up company in 1988 with a single client, to a FORTUNE 500 company that currently employs more than 4,300 individuals, supports hundreds of clients, and supports client operations in nearly 100 countries. ACS of the Philippines, Inc. was incorporated and registered with SEC on Dec. 21, 2004 and started commercial operations in June 2005. Through ACS Philippines, ACS put up its Architecture and Engineering Division. In January 2006, ACS Philippines will start its call center operations. The proposed corporate strategies are designed to maintain ACS leadership in providing business process services. This part proposed a strategy that were based on the threats and opportunities to the business service industry, the strengths and weaknesses of ACS based on its value chain activities and financial analysis, the societal expectations, and the personal value of its key implementers. The proposed strategy is to exited services of the Architecture and Engineering Division in architectural and engineering designs and model making through a joint venture (60/40) with TCGI Engineers. Functional strategy includes marketing finance, operations, human resources management, and information management are presented to support the competitive strategies. Each of these strategies are further analyzed based on the ACS capabilities to implement. The tasks and the person who will perform the tasks are identified in managing the organization for strategy execution. ACS strategic objective is to increase market share by at least 10% annually for the next five years. Its financial objective is to increase annual revenue by 40% for the next 5 years.
