It is a family business that needs improvement in many of its activities to be able to cope properly with the changes in the market. The company does not currently have its own vision statement, thus, a proposed vision statement and corporate objectives were determined for the company. There are two corporate objective determined, one financial and another strategic objective. With these vision and objectives, two proposed corporate strategies are determined based on the threats and opportunities identified through the external analysis weaknesses and strengths determined through internal analysis and based on the personal values of key implementers of the company. The proposed generic strategy of the company is focused differentiation. This proposed strategy is different from the current strategy being implemented by the company which is cost leadership. It is believed that the new generic strategy would benefit the company since it has already developed a customer perception that the company is a reliable supplier. The proposed corporate strategies are: To expand in other geographic markets and to shift from the current strategy of push to pull in terms of seeking brand identification. To support these corporate strategies, functional strategies of marketing, finance, operation, human resources management, and information management, were also identified in this paper. These are based on the corporate strategic plans and competitive advantages. The last part of the paper includes analysis for the implementation of the strategic plans. These are analyzed using the frameworks of 7-S, to identify changes to be made 8-SIT Framework to determine tasks that must be performed.
