This study uses the EFQM Model as self assessment tool to identify the strengths, weakness gaps and areas that needs improvement in order to achieve studied company excellence. Regarding gained scores and goal access percentage in excellence Model, it is observed that leadership and key result are the strength point of studied company. On the other hand people and people result are achieved lowest score.
